During The Covid-19 Pandemic, while this message is here, all orders ship for $10 to the US and Canada. We are no longer taking international orders at the time.
Ivy's Locker has partnered with multiple shipping partners to provide you with the best services possible. Upon checkout, the available carrier will be displayed and you can choose your shipping option. Pricing will be automatically generated by the carrier using your location, order weight and shipping box dimensions. We often have free shipping deals, check back often.

2. Delivery Locations
Ivy's Locker provides toys throughout all of the US & Canada. We ship with Canada Post & USPS most often! Our warehouse is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and this is where our items are shipped from.

We do not receive customers at this location as we are an ecommerce (online only) toy store.
3. Delivery Time
Yes, we're in Canada but with our partnership with USPS, US orders arrive faster than they would for our Canadian orders. Your order is important to us and we know when something is ordered, no one wants to wait on delivery. Your product(s) will ship within 2-5 business days of your order unless there is an exception with an item. We make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible and as your order goes through the different processes, we keep you updated by email until your order is received. For international orders, please expect a small delay in delivery as shipping isn't as fast as in North America.
Delivery times vary between 2-5 business days from the day your order is shipped. During Covid-19 times, we cannot guarantee these numbers anymore.
Tracking Numbers are provided by email through our automatic confirmation service as soon as the package is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy:
Thanks for shopping at Ivy's Locker. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. No opened returns will be accepted unless the item is defective upon delivery or received damaged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
From the time you place your order, please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery. If an order has not arrived after 10 days, check your provided tracking number. If there is still an issue after checking the tracking number, then please don't hesitate to call us at 514-467-8592 and we will work with you to sort out the problem.
If the fault is on our end, we will gladly cover all costs of a customers return. However, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item if the order is found to have been used, is no longer in original packaging and/or has been damaged from the condition it was shipped in or if the customer has just changed their mind and no longer want/need the purchased toy.
